Laurel & Hardy Way Out West
My all time favourite movie,
songs, slapstick, even some special effects, this one has it all.
The rest of the list is in no particular order.
(2) The Third Man
If only for Orson Welles line about cuckoo clocks and of course
the amazing zither music
(3) It�s A Wonderful Life
The ultimate Christmas feel good movie, although the original
title was in inverted commas so perhaps it is meant to be ironic
(4) High Noon
A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do and to one of the most
infectious tunes of all time
(5) Metropolis
Fritz Langs finest moment
(6) North by Northwest
The first Hitchcock movie I ever saw and still my favourite
(7) Goodfellas
A movie with absolutely no good guys and some of my favourite
tunes in the sound track, what more need I say?
(8) The Outlaw Josey Wales (1976)
I know eveybody else prefers Unforgiven, but for me this is
Clint Eastwoods best movie ever.
(9) Kind Hearts and Coronets (1949)
Ealing comedy at its blackest.
(10) Toy Story (1995)
I just like it.
